Pico De Gallo Salsa

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • ½ tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

  1. Put tomatoes, onions, peppers and cilantro in medium size bowl; stir to combine.  Add salt, garlic and lime juice.  Stir and serve.
