Price of $15 ($25 for Healthcare Option) applies to benefits-eligible Faculty/Staff and their Spouses/SSDP only. All others are $40 ($50 for Healthcare option).
NOTE – All Healthcare Options must bring a current copy of the “American Heart Association Guidelines Student Manual” or purchase a book for $15 from the instructor during the class! Book is optional for Heartsaver.

The Heartsaver CPR/AED Course teaches CPR and relief of choking in adults, children and infants, AED use, and use of barrier devices for all ages. Geared toward: teachers, childcare providers, parents, personal trainers, fitness instructors, babysitters, lifeguards, athletic coaches, corporate employees, security guards, daycare workers, church staff, airline personnel, and people who have a duty to respond to cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. No written exam. CPR cards given at the end of class. There is a charge (see above) for this class.
The Healthcare Option is available for healthcare workers (nursing students) and requires an additional hour of instruction, a written exam and a slightly higher fee (see above).
