Domestic Travelers

If you find yourself in a state that is being evacuated, please follow the orders of the local government agency for evacuation and go to the nearest point of safety. Once outside the evacuation zone, Altour Travel agency can assist with arranging transportation back to your home or next business destination.

If a situation like this occurs, please call your business office as soon as possible, to apprise them of your situation and whereabouts. The University will assist with all reasonable costs of evacuation, generally in accordance with normal University Travel Regulations. Risk Management will assist you and your business office as necessary to ensure safe passage and reasonable reimbursement.
