Partners acknowledged

In October, we began identifying a Web Accessibility Partner of the Week and a Partner of the Month, to recognize a department or an individual who has shown special interest or which has done exceptional work in bringing a Web site into compliance. Many times, these Partners have solved problems faced by other sites, such as making a page easier to access for someone with minimal or no vision, or captioning a video for those who cannot hear.

Our Partners in October and November are:

We have been encouraged by the comments made by more than one Web site owner and editor, telling us that they are determined to be named a Web Accessibility Partner of the Week. We are developing a certificate, suitable for framing, to distribute to the honorees.
