As part of a larger initiative within the Veteran Administration (VA), PUC Industrial and Mechanical Engineering Technology faculty will be facilitating Yellow Belt training sessions for VA healthcare professionals during Summer 2012 at various locations within the VA’s VISIN 11.

The purpose of this training is to educate and train healthcare professionals at VA hospitals in order to arm them with the knowledge and skills to successfully plan and conduct System Redesign projects in accordance with Lean principles of the Toyota Production System.
