Working Smarter in The Digital Age

Ralph Ocon, Professor, Organizational Leadership and Supervision, was a featured speaker at the “Working Smarter in The Digital Age” community outreach program that Purdue Calumet co-hosted with The Times and Post-Tribune newspapers.

He effectively set the table with the presentation, “Hey, I Just Want a Job! Must I Be a Computing Geek to Get One?” The audience of some 115 area residents appreciated the insightful, encouraging and energy-filled message delivered by Prof. Ocon.

The audience evaluations from the event were overwhelmingly positive. Clearly, the program provided valuable information to audience members seeking to improve their job/career marketability and prospects.
