  • What is TeamDynamix?
    • TeamDynamix is Purdue Calumet’s new service request management system. TeamDynamix is web based and accessible from anywhere. The system provides a comprehensive and detail oriented ticket management process that will better allow Information Services staff to assist the campus community.
  • When can we start using TeamDynamix?
    • Information Services has been using TeamDynamix as of April 23, 2013. On May 28, 2013 an icon was pushed to all campus computers. This icon will allow you to access the TeamDynamix login page.
