TeamDynamix is Purdue Calumet’s new service request management system. TeamDynamix is web based and accessible from anywhere. The system provides a comprehensive and detail oriented ticket management process that will better allow Information Services staff to assist the campus community.

Information Services staff have begun using TeamDynamix as of April 23, 2013 and the system is live to the campus as of May 28, 2013! You should now see an icon on your desktop labeled “Request Information Services” that will bring you to the TeamDynamix login page.
