Job Location and Development (JLD) Program

The Job Location and Development (JLD) Program is a part of the Federal Work Study (FWS) Program. The JLD Program locates and develops off-campus job opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in eligible institutions of higher education, like Purdue University Calumet, and who want jobs regardless of financial need. This means that jobs may be located and developed for FWS and non-FWS eligible students.

Under the JLD Program, Purdue Calumet locates and develops off-campus jobs that are suitable to the scheduling and other needs of our student and must, to the maximum extent practicable, compliment and reinforce the educational program or vocational goals of our students.   JLD jobs may be part-time or full-time, for either a for-profit or nonprofit employers.

To view job listings students should login to their CareerTrax account by going to www.pucjobs.com and clicking on the student link.
