As we all know, transferable skills and practical training help students build their resumes. Student Employment strives to combine work experience with educational goals to help students learn time management, multi-tasking, and other career related “soft skills” that employers seek upon graduation.
Get S.E.T. will further develop students’ skills and increase both their productivity and value to departments across campus by providing interactive workshops on topics including telephone etiquette, customer service, Purdue web navigation, professionalism, and employment basics.
