The Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is a program designed to prepare and encourage Purdue Calumet students who are first-generation, low-income or from groups under-represented in graduate education for doctoral study (not necessarily at Purdue).
Scholars in the program benefit from a support system that enhances their academic as well as social experiences at Purdue Calumet through summer research internships, seminars designed to prepare them for doctoral study, learning assistance, counseling, and graduate admission and financial aid assistance.
