Lockers, locks, towels, etc. may be rented at the Recreation Desk.

Career Services

Purdue University Calumet is an excellent resource for employers in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas. Encourage your student to visit Career Services early in order to begin building partnerships with employers and to be fully prepared to position themselves in the job market upon graduation.

Through the Career Services Center, located in room 349 in the Student Union & Library building, students are able to:

  • Develop their resume and job search skills: Qualified career coaches help students position their qualifications in order to grab the attention of employers, practice interviewing techniques, and instill a mind for job hunting.

  • Network with Employers: Career Services sponsors various events throughout the year to help students connect with employers, including career fairs, company information sessions, on-campus interviewing events, etc.

  • Search career listings: Our CareerTrax system lets students stay on top of the job market by seeing new job listings and
applying for positions online. For more information, call 219-989-2600.
