My name is Tanima Zaman and I am an international student from Bangladesh. Currently I am pursuing my masters degree in technology at Purdue University Calumet. My concentration is Mechatronics Engineering Technology. I have successfully completed my bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh with a double major in micro-electronics and communication. Since January 2011, I have been working as a graduate assistant under the Department of Engineering Technology at PUC. I am a supplemental instruction leader for ECET-296 (Electronic System Fabrication), an introductory class for real life printed circuit board (PCB) design. I also tutor at the Academic Resource Center (ARC). I intend to pursue my masters directed project on design and development of modern in line conveyor packaging systems and robotics. Besides studies and work, music is my biggest passion. I like making friends and gaining knowledge about different cultures.
