HR pre-screens staff positions

For all staff positions Human Resources provides a service for clerical and service vacancies by conducting in-person pre-screening interviews. The top 3-5 candidates will be referred to the hiring supervisor.
Human Resources also reviews all Administrative/Professional résumés and screens for minimum qualifications. All candidates meeting the minimum qualifications will be forwarded to the hiring supervisor. After the hiring supervisor has reviewed the résumés and narrowed the overall applicant pool, the hiring supervisor may contact HR to provide the names of the finalists that require additional screening via a phone interview or email screening questionnaire.
