Recent changes in the 1998 re-authorization of the Higher Education Act require colleges and universities to make available voter registration forms to all enrolled students . Any student not registered to vote may obtain an Indiana Mail-In Voter Registration Application VRG-7p on the Internet by clicking on the following url at elections. Applicants print, sign and mail the completed registration form in a stamped envelope to either their county voter registration office or the Indiana Election Division . Printed copies of the Indiana Mail-In Voter Registration Application VRG-7p are also available in the Enrollment Services Center, Room 130 in Lawshe Hall .
