Please note that it is imperative that ALL candidates arrive at the designated time for their college.
Undergraduate and Graduate students in the Colleges of Business, Nursing and Technology will participate in the 11 a.m. ceremony.
Undergraduate and Graduate students in the Colleges of Education, EMS, and LSS will participate in the 3 p.m. ceremony.

Attention Spring 2014 Candidates
If you are planning to graduate Spring 2014, you will be asked to declare your graduation. You were to have notified the Office of the Registrar by Friday, February 28, 2014 of your intent to graduate when you are registering for your final course(s) of your degree program. For additional information on how you can declare your intent to graduate, please click on the following link of Graduation Declaration Procedures.
Candidates Needing Special Assistance. Candidates who require special assistance (including hearing impaired) to participate in the Commencement ceremony should contact Kim Frazier by phone (219) 989-2334 or email email@example.com, as soon as possible, to make appropriate arrangements.
Guests Needing Special Assistance. Candidates with physically restricted guests who require special seating should contact Kim Frazier by phone (219) 989-2334 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than May 2, 2014, to make appropriate arrangements. All specially seated guests must have an admission ticket, supplied by the candidate, to enter the Hammond Civic Center.
To request to have a degree awarded at another Purdue campus, click on the following link of Degree. This form must be submitted to the Registrar of the student’s home campus prior to the end of the 6th week of the Fall or Spring term, or the 3rd week of the Summer session.
Purdue University Calumet will continue the successful campaign, “Congrats for Grads” where 2014 graduates, families, friends, faculty and staff are provided an opportunity to place a “thank you” message in the May commencement program which will serve as a treasured keepsake. Imagine how excited a graduate will be to read messages from faculty or staff members, family or friends even years from now. Deadline has been extended until Monday, April 28!

Attention Spring 2014 Graduates…
Diploma distribution will begin on Monday, June 16, 2014 thru Thursday, July 3, 2014 in the Enrollment Services Center, Lawshe Hall Room 130. Any diplomas not picked up by the deadline will be shipped via USPS to the home address that we have on file for you by July 11th, unless you have given us an alternate address.
