Attention Spring 2015 Candidates

If you are planning to graduate, you will be asked to declare your graduation. You must notify the Office of the of your intent to graduate when you are registering for your final course(s) of your degree program. For additional information on how you can declare your intent to graduate, please click on the following link of Graduation Declaration Procedures.

Candidates Needing Special Assistance. Candidates who require special assistance (including hearing impaired) to participate in the Commencement ceremony should contact Kim Frazier by phone (219) 989-2334 or email, as soon as possible, to make appropriate arrangements.

Guests Needing Special Assistance. Candidates with physically restricted guests who require special seating should contact Kim Frazier by phone (219) 989-2334 or email, to make appropriate arrangements. All specially seated guests must have an admission ticket, supplied by the candidate, to enter the Hammond Civic Center.

To request to have a degree awarded at another Purdue campus, click on the following link of Degree. This form must be submitted to the Registrar of the student’s home campus prior to the end of the 6th week of the Fall or Spring term, or the 3rd week of the Summer session.

Purdue University Calumet has continued the successful campaign, “Congrats for Grads” where graduates, families, friends, faculty and staff are provided an opportunity to place a “thank you” message in the commencement program which will serve as a treasured keepsake. Imagine how excited a graduate will be to read messages from faculty or staff members, family or friends even years from now.

Attention Fall 2014 Graduates

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you haven’t already done so, please complete the Graduation Survey by clicking on the following link. This survey tells us how you would like your name printed on your diploma.  Graduation Survey link

Diplomas will be available for distribution beginning Thursday, January 22, 2015 thru Friday, February 20, 2015 in the Enrollment Services Center, Lawshe Hall 130, during our normal business hours. Any diplomas not picked up by the deadline will be shipped via USPS to the home address that we have on file for you by March 2nd, unless you have given us an alternate address.
