Candidates Needing Special Assistance. Candidates who require special assistance (including hearing impaired) to participate in the Commencement ceremony should contact Kim Frazier by phone (219) 989-2334 or email email@example.com, as soon as possible, to make appropriate arrangements.
Guests Needing Special Assistance. Candidates with physically restricted guests who require special seating should contact Kim Frazier by phone (219) 989-2334 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than December 6, 2013, to make appropriate arrangements. All specially seated guests must have an admission ticket, supplied by the candidate, to enter the Hammond Civic Center.
To request to have a degree awarded at another Purdue campus, click on the following link of Degree. This form must be submitted to the Registrar of the student’s home campus prior to the end of the 6th week of the Fall or Spring term, or the 3rd week of the Summer session.

ATTENTION FALL 2013 GRADUATES:
Diploma distribution will begin on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 thru Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Enrollment Services Center, Lawshe Hall Room 130, during our normal business hours. Any diplomas not picked up by the deadline will be shipped via USPS to the home address that we have on file for you by February 28th, unless you have given us an alternate address.
