Fees and Payment Options for Summer and Fall 2013

Late Registration Fees – Summer 2013

After classes begin May 13, 2013 for the Summer 2012 Semester, a non-refundable, late registration fee will be assessed at the rate of $8.50 per credit hour.

Student Service Fee

All undergraduate students pay a Student Service Fee of $5.70 per credit hour for the Summer 2013 term.         

Students with undergraduate degrees, who are taking classes toward teacher certification, will pay graduate fees.

Students adding courses will be assessed full fees for the courses added. Students dropping courses will

be refunded for these courses according to the refund schedule.

Student Parking

There is a mandatory fee for all undergraduate and graduate students. Students are charged $5.30 per credit hour for the Summer 2013 term.

Please note that it is still your responsibility to make sure you are withdrawn from your classes. You are financially responsible for all classes in which you registered.

Payment Options

CASH: Cash payment can be made in person at the Student Accounts window in the Enrollment Services Center (Lawshe Hall, Room 130) or at the Schneider Avenue Building, Room 095.

CHECK: Check payments may be made in person at the Student Accounts window in the Enrollment Services Center (Lawshe Hall, Room 130), in the Schneider Avenue Building, Room 095, mailed to Student Accounts, or placed in convenient drop boxes located in the Enrollment Services Center and in the Schneider Avenue Building, Room 095.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS (VISA/MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER): Credit card payments can be made in person, mailed to Student Accounts, placed in the drop boxes in the Enrollment Services Center and in the Schneider Avenue Building, Room 095, or by calling 219/989-2560 or 219/989-2986.

E-BILLS: Summer 2013 registrants will receive email notification to view online E-BILLS May 17, 2013, with payment due by May 31, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.

IF YOU REGISTER AND DO NOT PAY YOUR FEES BY THE DUE DATE, YOUR REGISTRATION MAY BE CANCELLED. If you register and miss the payment deadline, you may re-register during Open Registration.
