Change of Degree Objective

Students who are ready to change their majors should contact their current advisor with their request.  If the student meets the requirements to change, the new advisor will complete a Change of Degree Objective (acronym of CODO) form.

Nursing does not use these forms. The forms Nursing uses are listed further down on this page.  Students may need to see the prospective major’s academic advisor to complete the process.  The change will be made after the completed form is received by the Office of the Registrar, located in the Enrollment Services Center in Lawshe Hall, Room 130.
