Develops unit to function as a team to achieve the University strategic plan, motivates and develops faculty/staff and mentors other campus faculty/staff and students.

Inclusivity:

Provides an environment where all voices are heard respectfully and all individuals are able to participate to their full capability in performing work responsibilities in the unit. Ensures there is a platform for gathering thoughts and opinions from all users prior to implementation of projects, policies, events and other items that impact University operations.

Innovation:

Use resources effectively, solves problems creatively and creates efficiency by creating new processes.

Service Standards:

Delivers exceptional service in person, on the telephone and via email by presenting a welcoming/friendly environment, treating individuals with respect, answering questions to help resolve problems, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Professional Growth:

Dedicated to learning, staying current in his or her field and ensuring staff does the same.

Contribution to PUC and the Community:

Service to the University and the community, includes work above and beyond the job description.
