Dear Community Member,
Each year many fall victim to theft related crimes. Police officers responsible for the investigation of these offenses rely heavily upon detailed descriptions of stolen property to aid in its recovery. Without specific manufacturer information, the likelihood of recovery is significantly reduced. The Purdue University Calumet, Division of Police has included a simple inventory form to assist you in the recording you personal valuables. We have listed the most commonly stolen items to assist you in this process.
Once completed you may retain the form for your own records and/or send a copy to PUC Campus police where it will remain on file. If you become a victim of crime, officers will use the information you provide to assist in the recovery of the item. All information stored with University Police will remain confidential.
