Student Federal Income Tax Transcript
Instructions:
Submit your (and your spouse’s, if married) 2011 Federal IRS Tax Return Transcript, if you (and your spouse, if married) are required to file federal taxes. You (and your spouse, if married) may request a federal tax return transcript from the IRS on-line at www.irs.gov or by calling 1-800-908-9946.
Note:
IRS requirements concerning who must file a Federal tax return may be found in Part 1 of IRS Publication 17 (PDF) .
Important: Remember to include your PUID and name on all documentation submitted to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts at Purdue University Calumet.
