Separation of Finances (Student)
On your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) you indicated your marital status as separated or divorced, however, you filed a joint 2011 Federal Income Tax Return.
Instructions:
Submit a copy of the following applicable documents to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts:
- All W-2 forms for both filers
- All 1099 forms for both filers
Important: Remember to include your PUID and name on all documentation submitted to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts at Purdue University Calumet.
