Further processing of your financial aid will not occur until the information requested below has been received by the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts.

Print the IRA/Keogh Follow-up (Parent) Form (pdf).
Submit the completed form to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts

Important: Remember to include your PUID and name on all documentation submitted to the Office of Financial Aid and Student Accounts at Purdue University Calumet.
