Dr. Peggy Gerard, Dean of the School of NursingOn behalf of the faculty and staff of the School of Nursing, I wish to welcome you to Purdue University Calumet. You have made an excellent choice for continuing your education and choosing a discipline that is filled with an array of professional opportunities. The nursing faculty is among the finest that you could experience to guide you in fulfilling your educational goals. I am sure that you will find Purdue University Calumet to be a friendly, helpful and stimulating learning environment. This environment extends into the community where nursing students engage in many experiences with a variety of people of all age groups and cultural backgrounds.
