The Office of Marketing & Communications markets the university and communicates official university announcements, news and information through print and electronic media. Marketing & Communications writes, edits, designs and publishes various informative and promotional publications including the catalog; academic brochures; newspaper and magazine advertisements, press releases, columns, and articles; indoor and outdoor signage; specialty pieces; and the Purdue Calumet magazine.
Oversight of the university Web site and maintenance of the home page and several other key pages are also responsibilities of Marketing & Communications. In addition, the staff programs electronic signage, appears on local radio and television programs, and hosts various campus events and workshops.
The office is comprised of Marketing & Communications, Electronic Communications and Publishing, and the Information Center.
