Purdue Calumet students accepted into
engineering technology honor society
Eighteen Purdue University Calumet School of Technology students have been inducted into Tau Alpha Pi national engineering technology honor society.

Tau Alpha Pi recognizes scholastic achievement with membership reserved for students who have compiled a minimum grade point average of 3.3 (4.0) for at least two consecutive semesters.
The inductees represent disciplines of electrical engineering technology, mechanical engineering technology, and construction management and engineering technologies.
Indiana student inductees, in alphabetical order, are: Hamad Abbadi of Highland; Ahmed Al Bukhamseen, Highland; Saleh Aldwais, Hammond; Yaquob Almubark, Highland; Abdulrahman Alnassar, Munster; Ali Al-Sulaiman, Hammond; Hasan Asiri, Munster; Jermain Banton, Merrillville; Chris Gioiosa, Dyer; Timothy Haan, Highland; Roy Sida, Hammond; and Kimberly Verduzco, Merrillville.
Illinois student inductees are Hector Dones, Chicago; Joseph Dzialowy, Crestwood; Peter Lehotan, Woodridge; Ryan Neis, Park Forest; Christian Nelson, Frankfort; and Stephen Stocklen, Crestwood .
