Purdue University Calumet fall graduates earned 483 degrees.
According to official figures released by the university’s Office of the Registrar, the graduates earned 74 master’s degrees, 361 baccalaureate degrees and 48 associate degrees. Twenty-four students received professional certificates.
Additionally, 52 baccalaureate and associate degree recipients graduated with scholastic honors. Nine graduated with “highest distinction” and 43 with “distinction.”
Graduates of “highest distinction” compiled a grade point index within the upper 3 percent of their class while meeting minimum university credit hour requirements. Graduates of “distinction” compiled an upper 10 percent grade point index while satisfying minimum university credit hour requirements.
Comprising the class are 450 Indiana residents; 47 Illinois residents; two residents from Arizona, Connecticut and Tennessee; and one each from Florida, Missouri, New York and Wisconsin.
More than 45,000 degrees have been awarded at Purdue Calumet.
