PUC Fitness Center hosts 4-mile run training seminar series, beginning Sept. 7

A three-part seminar series to help individuals train for Purdue University Calumet’s annual Fall Frolic/Jennie Hamilton Memorial 4-Mile Run begins Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 6 p.m. in Room 129 of the university’s Fitness and Recreation Center.

Other seminar sessions are scheduled Oct. 5 and 26. The run will be held Sunday, Nov. 7 on campus.

Leading the sessions will be Purdue Calumet Fitness Center Coordinator and veteran runner John Bobalik. He will focus on an eight-week training program.
