German Expert Speaker:
Dr. Andreas Hutarew has been a board member for the Chamber of Engineers of Baden Wurttemberg since 2011. He is also a member of the board for ENWA and the European Water Partnership (EWP). In 1971 he graduated from the University of Stuttgart in Engineering; he then got his doctorate degree in Engineering at the University of Stuttgart in 1977. He has been a lecturer at many universities and along with being influential in the consulting of water-intensive industries, he created new patents including: one for rainwater tanks of circular construction (1983), and one for a fish-repelling system with oxy-hydrogen (1996).
