During the Thanksgiving Season, the Finance and Accounting Club (FAC) held a community service fundraiser called “Turkey Legs”. Eva Brickman, Paolo Miranda, Ken Pogach, and Ed Furticella had pictures of their legs pasted on decorated paint cans giving people an opportunity to vote their favorite “turkey legs” with their money.
The Club raised $200, which was donated to the Northwest Indiana Food Bank where the funds were used to feed 1,000 families.
As an FYI ….. this year’s winner was Eva Brickman with Paolo Miranda finishing a close second. Congrats to you both!
