The Clement S. Stacy Memorial Undergraduate Research Conference is held each year to offer undergraduate students an opportunity to share their significant research in many areas of study. This conference brings students and mentors together from universities and colleges throughout the upper Midwest for lively presentations and discussion.

Abstract Guidelines

  • The abstract should describe the project,the research method to be employed ,and its intended contribution to the field.
  • Abstracts should be no more then 250 words
  • Abstracts must be a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx ending).
  • The abstract must be submitted as an attachment to an e mail.
  • The body of the email must contain the following:
  1.  Full name
  2. Complete mailing address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Paper Title
  5. University Affiliation
  6. Name of Mentor(s) – if applicable
  • If your are submitting more than one abstract,please send a separate email for each abstract.
  • If there is more than one author,the body of the e mail must contain the following:
  1. Full name of each author
  2. Complete Mailing Address for each author
  3. Phone number for each author
  4. Email Address for each author
  5. Paper Title
  6. University Affiliation(s)
  7. Name of Mentor(s) – if applicable
