H: drive
Every PUC student, faculty and staff member has space personally allocated to them on the network for storage – the H: drive. You can see the H: drive listed on the computer by using My Computer or Windows Explorer. The H: drive can be used to store personal files, coursework, or any other type of file you wish to save.
Advantages
- This drive is accessible by you and only you (computer login required).
- This drive is accessible from any computer on campus when you login.
- This drive is accessible over the Internet using your Purdue University Calumet network login.
- Data on the drive is backed up regularly so you don’t have to worry about missing or corrupt files.
Space on this drive is limited. Students are allotted 100mb each, and Faculty and Staff are allotted 500mb each.
