System Downtime on the Purdue West Lafayette Campus

Purdue West Lafayette technical staff will be performing maintenance on the Purdue West Lafayette Network. Additional maintenance is needed to address the network disruption earlier this week on the Purdue West Lafayette campus.

In order to improve and maintain system infrastructure reliability, performance and security, Information Services has moved to a weekly five hour maintenance period. Our first weekly system downtime will be midnight Saturday March 22, 2014 until 5:00 AM Sunday March 23, 2014.

System Downtime – February 25 from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM

In order to prevent an unplanned outage, Information Services technical staff will be performing emergency maintenance on February 25, 2014 from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.

Affected Services: Network H: and V: Drives. You will not be able to access these network drives during the outage.

If you leave your computer on and logged in you may need to log off and reboot your computer after the outage.

Information Services technical staff will be performing system maintenance from midnight Saturday February 22, 2014 until noon Sunday February 23, 2014. Most systems will be unavailable during this time. Please log off all systems before leaving for the weekend.
