CalNet Wireless Network
Calnet2 is Purdue University Calumet’s wireless network; it connects wireless-ready laptops, tablets, PDAs, and phones to the Purdue Calumet network and, through it, to the Internet. Calnet2 is accessible throughout all campus buildings and select green spaces.
How do I get connected?
A tool is available to get you connected to Calnet2 as quickly as possible. To access it, connect your wireless device to the “Calnet Setup” wireless network, open a web browser, and access your home page. You will be automatically re-directed to the XpressConnect setup page. Follow the on-screen instructions to automatically get connected to the Calnet2 secure wireless network.
Note: Android users may need to allow the installation of non-Market applications in the device settings of their Android device in order to properly run the XpressConnect tool.

What about visiting guests?
If you have guests visiting the University that need wireless network access, you may request an account for them.
