We are experiencing issues with the AT&T Simplified Message Desk Interface (SMDI). The SMDI connects our voice mail services to AT&T telephone services. We are working with AT&T to get this corrected. This will impact voice mail services when dialing 2800 from your office phone to check your voice mail messages. Until this is corrected, to get to your voice mail; call 2800 and wait for message, then hit #, then enter your mailbox #. The system will then prompt for your password.
