General Assembly Meetings

Bi-weekly General Assembly meetings take place for UVHC to conduct business by introducing and voting on UVHC legislation. Residents are encouraged to attend General Assembly meetings to express their concerns and provide feedback. General Assembly dates and times will be announced during the start of each semester.

How to Get Involved

To become a Hall Representative, residents must apply to run for Hall Representative Elections in September. Hall Representatives are elected by the entire resident population.

Residents wishing to become an Ex-Officio member must apply to be appointed by the Executive Board. Residents wishing to become a resident active member must attend four consecutive General Assembly meetings and actively serve on one UVHC committee to receive voting rights at all subsequent General Assembly meetings.

Elections for UVHC Executive Board positions take place during the spring semester for the following academic year.
