How do I make an appointment?
- Call the Student Health Services Center phone number, (219) 989-1235.
- Or, come to the SHSC located in the Gyte Annex 34, lower level.
*We recommend calling or coming in as soon as possible in the day when requesting same day appointments because these appointment times fill up quickly.
What should I expect when I arrive for my appointment?
- Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Patients arriving more than 5 minutes past the appointment time may need to reschedule.
- When checking in, you will be asked to show your Purdue Student ID card
Excuse for missed class
The Student Health Services Center can provide a Visit Verification slip for patients who have received Medical Care. Please be aware that only a Professor may excuse a student’s absence.
