Description: A 30 minute, low intensity, lunchtime get-a-way, sizzling workout class using a variety of exercise tools. Stretch, tighten and tone your way through the Summer!

Zumba
Time: 12:00pm – 12:30pm

Description: A 25 minute, low-intensity, lunchtime get-a-way class. A great way to burn some extra calories! Set to Latin dance music, get ready to mambo, cha-cha and merengue yourself back to work!
Abs & Core

Description: An “Abs”olutely fabulous, 30 minute class designed to target abs and core strength. Multiple sets of different exercises in a class format.

SilverSneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Movement (MSROM)
Day/Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10:00am – 11:00am
Instructor: John Bobalik/Tabitha Stills
Description: Muscular Strength and Range of Movement class designed for beginners. Class attendees will be provided with the necessary exercise equipment. Participants will be furnished with a sturdy chair, stretch bands, dumbbells and a squeeze and coordination ball. Put the world on hold, relax and have fun!
Extreme Abs & Core
Day/Time: Saturday, 10:30am – 11:30am
Instructor: John Bobalik
Description: A 60 minute, high-energy, hard driving, fast-pace class designed for avid exercisers and fitness enthusiasts. Multiple sets of different exercises with minimal rest between sets in the class format. Come test your core strength with master trainer, Fitness Center Director, John Bobalik! Not a class for beginners.
All classes are taught by certified instructors and can accommodate all fitness levels.
