For your convenience, Fitness, Wellness & Recreational Sports would like to announce that employees may purchase or re-new their Fitness Center memberships on-line!

Once you’ve entered your PUID number, you will be prompted to the next screen.
If you are Benefits Eligible, this means you are eligible for PUC’s insurance whether you are enrolled in one of PUC’s insurance plans or not. If you have participated in blood screening offered through the Wellness Office within the past 3 semesters, click accordingly.
If you are Non-Benefits Eligible, this means you are not offered PUC’s insurance benefits, please click accordingly. If you are a Non-Benefits Eligible employee, click which Fitness Center Membership Term you would like to purchase, Yearly or Quarterly (3 months).
When finished entering employee status, you will the enter the next screen. Please review to make sure it looks correct and if it does, click “Accept/Pay” button and then enter your payment information. If the information is not correct, then click the “Back” button and make corrections.
Print your receipt as proof of payment to Fitness Center Check-In Desk. After you are updated in the membership management system, your employee ID will serve as your membership card to enter the facility.

Please note: Spouses and SSDP may not purchase or re-new their membership on-line at this time, they must visit the teller window at the Business Office located in the Schneider Avenue Building or visit the Fitness Center for a membership form after Business Office hours. Business Office hours are 8:30am-4pm.
