Application Requirements

It is important to recognize that although satisfaction of these basic requirements does not guarantee graduate admission, failure to satisfy these requirements may lead to automatic denial of admission.

To apply, complete an electronic application on the Purdue University Web site. Choose the Hammond Campus and Engineering-Interdisciplinary as proposed major.

For Degree-Seeking Students:

  • 300 word statement of purpose
  • Three recommendation letters
  • Original transcripts
  • from all universities attended
  • Copy of Diploma for Bachelor’s Degree OR letter from university stating when degree will be conferred
  • $60 ($75 if international) application fee
  • TOEFL or IELTS score (for degree-seeking international students)

For Certificate in Engineering Project Management:

  • Proof of undergraduate degree
  • $60 ($75 if international) application fee

For Non-degree Seeking Students:

  • Proof of undergraduate degree
  • No fee required

All supporting documents should be submitted in one large envelope directly to the Purdue University Calumet Engineering Graduate Program at:
