Construction Management Lab The Construction Management Laboratory is a teaching laboratory. Lectures and hands-on experiments covering the topics of Construction Scheduling, Construction Management, Materials Testing, Soils, and Land Surveying take place in this facility. There are 25 Windows workstations in this lab. The lab is equipped with the most current versions of industry standard software including WinEstimator, MS Project, Primavera/SureTrak, Sight Survey, and others. |

Concrete Performance Lab Anderson Building Room 157 This lab supports undergraduate research projects. Students prepare specimens, apply environmental conditioning and preform testing and analysis. The lab is equipped with seven workstations for data acquisition and data processing. |

Soils Testing Lab Anderson Building Room 159 This is a teaching/research facility with state of the art equipment required for testing of soils. Testing according to the American Society for Testing and Materials are performed in this facility. |

Materials Testing Lab Anderson Building Room 161 This is a teaching/research facility with state of the art equipment for testing of different construction materials, i.e., concrete, wood, steel, as well as structures. Equipment for testing of performance and durability is also available. |

Construction Materials and Methods Lab Anderson Building Room 163 This lab/shop supports teaching and undergraduate research projects for the School of Technology. Students work with wood, composites and Plexiglas to prepare specimens, molds, frames and other construction elements along with various prototypes. The lab is equipped with various wood working and model making tools. |

Architectural/Civil Engineering Technology Computer Aided Design Lab This is a fully configured teaching laboratory. This lab offers hands-on training over the topics of Computer Aided Design and Sketching (in courses covering Residential and Commercial Construction, Route Surveying, and Land Surveying), Estimating and Construction Costs & Bidding. Applications available include the latest versions of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit Architecture, Land Desktop Companion, 3DS Max, Architectural AutoCAD, MD Solids, Visual Analysis, WinEst, Primavera/SureTrak, MatchWare, and others. The lab is also equipped for outputting full color, E-size plots. |
