A Journey Around the World in Legends and Fairytales

Goal:
Showcase regional artistic performances and cultural exhibits to the community to increase education among the various ethnic and racial groups in northwest Indiana.


Audience/Target:
Greater northwest Indiana and Chicagoland, Purdue Cal faculty, staff and students


Benefit:
Broader recognition of Purdue Cal as a place to gain greater understanding of cultural, ethnic, and racial common ground.


Strategy:
Build partnerships with local schools and artists to identify talent and potential new markets

Lessons Learned:
In past programs, we must work hard to identify natural audiences and connect with them as early as possible.
