In an effort to increase interest in your company and fill your on-campus interviewing schedule, you may elect to hold a presentation prior to your on-campus interview dates. In these sessions, you or your representatives speak about career paths within the organization and/or talk about the positions for which you are recruiting. These presentations also increase your campus visibility.
If you have a current employee that is a Purdue grad or intern, bring them along to give their testimony. This encourages candidates tremendously!
