An external review committee was charged with the responsibility of assessing the activities of the Career Services function at Purdue University Calumet in accordance with The Council for the Advancement of Standards (CAS) self-assessment worksheets and methodology. The CAS assessment is made up of thirteen parts. The committee’s executive summary and 2010-2011 career goals, based on the summary, follows:
The Career Services Advisory Board (CSAB) was developed based on recommendations from the Council for the Advancement of Standards (CAS) reveiw committee. The CSAB will provide management advice regarding the direction of Career Services in order to provide the best programs and services to faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
Advisory Board Meetings are held each academic semester, generally in September, January, and April. The minutes from these meetings are shared below:
