Minor in Biotechnology (23 credits)

Biotechnology is a fast growing field, which is related to molecular biology with emphasis of applications, especially in medicine and agriculture. The Biotechnology Minor is to provide interested students outside the Department of Biological Sciences with opportunities to learn the fundamental theory and techniques in biotechnology. The curriculum calls for a minimum of 23 credit hours of courses in biology and chemistry.
