Photo of the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) Steering Committee PortfolioPurdue University Calumet’s primary accrediting body is the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), which is overseen by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.  Purdue University Calumet goes through the rigorous process of re-accreditation every four years. The accreditation process takes into account both progress of current strategic plans as well as the scope of future strategic plans. Academic Quality and Outreach is the office that organizes the required accreditation materials and coordinates the actual accreditation process.
