Araceli (Shelly) Reyna is a Senior Managing Consultant for BKD, LLP’s Cost Segregation Group. She has worked for more than 21 years in the cost segregation and construction industries. She works with clients in a wide variety of industries to improve their tax depreciation resulting from studies of new and/or existing buildings; buildings undergoing renovation, restoration, remodeling and leasehold improvements; and building acquisitions.
She has held numerous leadership positions within cost segregation. Prior to joining BKD, Araceli spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse/PriceWaterhouse Coopers, managing their nationwide Cost Segregation Group. In 1994 Araceli received an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology, from Purdue University Calumet in Indiana. She has presented on Cost Segregation for various Continuing Education courses and Tax Institute seminars.
