Purdue Alumni Calumet and Purdue University Calumet are pleased to invite you to participate in our Fall 2013 Friday University program. Friday University provides noncredit enrichment courses on Purdue Calumet’s campus for adult learners of all ages. Classes are designed to satisfy a hunger for intellectual nourishment without the pressure of tests and grades, as well as, meet faculty and other program participants. There are no educational prerequisites to participate.
New for 2013…half day or full day options available! For October 25 and November 8 half day programs, registration begins at 12 noon. A registration fee of $50 each day includes the class, class materials, and a light snack. November 1 is a full day with check-in at 9:30am and you will be able to choose which morning and afternoon class you would like to attend. The registration fee is $65 and will include the two classes, class materials, and lunch. There is a discounted fee of $150 for registering for all three days.

Registration is requested by October 11. You will be contacted to confirm your registration. Walk-in registration is available but class availability is not guaranteed.

Two presentations relating to Purdue University Calumet’s One Book/One University 2013 book selection, “The Shallows” by Nicholas Carr.
No refunds will be made after the course begins. We reserve the right to cancel any class with low registration.
